Specific drawings or specifications can be issued if required. Our company will offer free samples in a certain amount of money according to customers' requirement but customers shall pay the freight. Relevant qualification documents shall be provided by the quality department and finance department of our customers.
Once the order is confirmed, we will start manufacturing as soon as possible to ensure earliest delivery date. Relevant receipts and waybill number will be given to our customers right after we send out the goods. Fiber optic products damaged during the transportation will be replaced by us. We will follow up the delivery status until customers receive what they buy.
After receiving the goods, customers can contact us if they have any confusion or problems about installation. Our specialized after-sale engineers will help customers to solve their problems. If any quality problems are spotted, we will confirm and analyze the problems at once. Meanwhile, we will arrange replacement, replenishment or returning in accordance with specific conditions. After receiving the defective products, we will carefully look for the source of the problems and corrective and preventive action reports will be send to customers if necessary. The shelf life of all our fiber optic products is the lifetime of optical devices set by international conventions.
We have an engineer team and we can design and make fiber optic devices and fiber optic components according to customers' specific requirement. Special products come with installation instruction which is written in both Chinese and English. If required, we will provide training service about relevant fiber optic products. In addition, we have cooperated with many OEM at home and abroad so that we can provide OEM service.
